- The unofficial Peterborough Branch Page The official Ensign article written when this 150
year old branch, organized in 1843, finally got it's first building. It is an historic accounting of
the Saints who migrated from the East coast to Utah and letters written by and articles about the
265 saints who left Peterborough for Utah. It's the branch from which Brigham's 13th wife came from
and from where Brigham got his wagonmaster for the trek West to SLC, Jesse C. Little.
